HOW TO BUY ONLINE?

1. Make sure the shipping country is the country of destination of the order. If not, you can change entering the list of countries we serve.

2. Select the product or products that you like and add them to the bag. At any time you can view in the added products basket.

3. When you want to complete your purchase, you just have to go to the basket and click on Submit order.

4. Complete the form with the data delivery and payment. To confirm your order click on Finish.

5. If your data is validated, the request will complete successfully and you will see confirmation of the purchase order number. This information also will be received via email.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes you can, from the moment you make your purchase you can check the status of your order in the section Your orders.

When your order is issued and leave our warehouse, we will send an informative email with a tracking number of the carrier so that you can also check with them at all times the status.

DISPLAY PRODUCTS

Arts & Crafts 3.0 aims to show the colours of the parts closest to reality as possible. However, the colour of the pieces may be subject to variation depending on the lights and display settings of your computer monitor or other factors beyond our control.

CHARACTERISTICS OF ARTISANS PRODUCTS

Arts & Crafts 3.0 commercializes pieces produced by hand, one by one, in craft workshops. This means that no two pieces are alike despite the same model. Each piece has its own characteristics, its own details and imperfections that are conferred upon them the value of handmade.

CAN I SEND GIFTS?

Yes, you can send a gift package to whoever you want. You just have to indicate a shipping address different from your billing address and the recipient’s name. You can even send a message that we will print and attach it to the package. When the package is delivered we’ll let you know that it has successfully reached its recipient.

PAYMENT

WHAT CURRENCY WILL REFLECT THE PRICES?

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT of 21% in force, which will be charged on all orders delivered within the EU.

If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, prices can be different, because of import duties and local sales taxes . Any additional charges for customs clearance will be borne by the customer. These rules vary regarding country and local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for more information.

HOW CAN I PAY MY SHOP ONLINE?

In Arts & Crafts 3.0 offer various payment methods. You can pay by credit card or debit card, PayPal, bank transfer and cash on delivery.

SECURE PAYMENT

In order to give maximum security to the buying process, we use a secure payment system through the network Redsys direct communication with the customer with the bank to pay. Thus anyone outside your organization can access the data on the card.

These measures protect you against unauthorized use of your card.

CASH ON DELIVERY

If payment is COD you must confirm acceptance of the order by following the instructions at the time of purchase.

Until you accept your purchase order will not be confirmed and, therefore, the products chosen are not reserved. If we do not receive confirmation, your order will be removed within 3 business days of our systems.

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

If payment is by bank transfer you must make it within 72 hours of purchase by following the instructions at the time of purchase.

Until we have confirmation of payment your order will not be issued. If we do not receive confirmation within 3 working days your order will be canceled.

We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we consider that we can not verify shipping and billing information or consider that entails for resale by the purchaser.

PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL

Arts & Crafts 3.0 reserves the right to withhold any order for security reasons in which case affected customers will be informed.

We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we consider that we can not verify shipping and billing information or consider that entails for resale by the purchaser.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs vary depending on the number and volume of the selected items, in addition to the country of destination.

For shipments WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION: € 7.00 shipping fee for purchases under € 100 and FREE shipping from € 100 purchase, all for standard packages.

For particularly bulky or heavy packages shipping costs before proceeding to collect the goods, for approval by the client is notified.

For shipments to other countries see shipping charges.

WHERE ARE ORDERS SENT?

Deliveries can be made to any address belonging to any of the countries listed on our website, except in exceptional cases address in remote areas.

Please note that no deliveries are made to PO boxes, and we are not responsible for shipments in the case a post office box address has been suggested .

To avoid delivery incidents (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home), it is essential to fill in the contact phone box.

WHAT IS DELIVERY TIME?

The delivery time will be between 3 and 7 days for merchandise in stock and for destinations within the EU. For other countries the delivery time will vary depending on destination. The customer will be informed during the delivery process.

If the merchandise is not available at the time of purchase or if you have to customize an approximate delivery time will be given before you accept payment process .

All merchandise will be delivered against the signature of receipt thereof by the customer and under the conditions specified in the purchase process.

The estimated delivery time will depend on the type of shipment. Delivery times are approximate, based on the services of our logistics operators.

Please note that these deadlines refer to working days and are accounting since the order leaves our warehouse. Shipments are made Monday through Friday except holidays,

We make no partial deliveries of orders, should not have any product order we will wait to have all of it to proceed to shipment.

HOW DOES THE ORDER REACH A PARTICULAR?

Once you finish the purchase, your order enters the shipping process, you can follow at any time in the Your Orders section.

Shipping process:

1. Pending Shipping: we have not started preparing your order.

2. In preparation: we are preparing your order to be issued today.

3. Sent: your order already has the carrier. In short you will get it!

4. Delivered: You got it! Now enjoy it.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER IF I FINALLY CHANGE MY MIND?

You can always cancel it unless it has been sent.

For cancellation, visit Your Orders section, put the order number and the email address with which you made it. The system will show the details of the order and if the Cancel option appears you can click to cancel. Once you receive an email informing canceled cancellation. If this option does not appear it is that your order has been sent and you can not cancel it.

You can also contact us directly via phone or mail.

If the order has already left our warehouse, you can not make the cancellation,but you may take it back once you have received it.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN OR CHANGE?

To request a refund of an online purchase through the web, follow these steps:

Contact us to request a refund or exchange. We will assign a return number and give precise instructions to perform it.

Included in the original package all items you receive and invoice

We send a courier to pick up the package. Forward the packet to the address we provide to you, including the return address in the return number.

Upon receipt of the package, we will identify and verify the status of returned products. This may take 48 hours.

After the check we will email an approval and proceed immediately to exchange or return. If there is any discrepancy, we will contact you with the same urgency.

The shipping cost should always go to the customer, with certain exceptions. It will not be accepted in any case we reimburse delivery costs, nor can we take responsibility return shipping if you decide not to use our pick up service.

Note that custom orders can not be returned and will be charged in full if customization is already done.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE PAYMENT OF THE REFUND OF MY ORDER ONLINE?

If you have returned your online purchase we will verify the goods and the reasons that you reported when we receive the return order.

Once verified, we will pay you back within a maximum period of 10 working days from Monday to Friday, from reception in our warehouse.

Payment will be made in the same method of payment on your original purchase. It will be visible in your account within 3 to 5 days from the day it has been managed.

REFUND PAID BY ORDER AGAINST REFUND OR BANK TRANSFER

If you return your purchase online and your return is an order that you paid cash on delivery or by Bank transfer need to provide us with data on your going, swift or bic to make the payment.
